New Zealand Sheep roam free in some of the world’s most pristine natural environments. Our Sheep are happy, healthy and best of all produce great tasting Milk.
Special yeasts, traditional brewing techniques, and plenty of care and attention allow us to ferment Sheep Milk into alcohol. It’s a complex and time consuming process that takes around 12 days to complete, but the result is well worth it.
We use a traditional Copper Still to distill our Sheep Milk. This lets us retain more of the natural Sheep Milk flavours and helps give our Spirits and Liqueurs their unique taste.
