Good things take time, and here at The White Sheep Co we’re certainly not in a hurry. You see, we like to do things the old fashioned way – the finest New Zealand Sheep Milk, small batch fermentation and a traditional copper still.


Our range of hand crafted Sheep Milk Spirits & Liqueurs truly are unique. There really is nothing else like them in the world. They are, quite simply, the very best of New Zealand – in a bottle.

New Zealand Sheep roam free in some of the world’s most pristine natural environments. Our Sheep are happy, healthy and best of all produce great tasting Milk.

Special yeasts, traditional brewing techniques, and plenty of care and attention allow us to ferment Sheep Milk into alcohol. It’s a complex and time consuming process that takes around 12 days to complete, but the result is well worth it.

We use a traditional Copper Still to distill our Sheep Milk and only perform a single distillation. This means we retain more of the natural Sheep Milk flavour and helps give our Spirits and Liqueurs their unique taste.
